So you want to burn abdominal fat and you just don't know where to start
or how you are going to acomplish it. One of the best ways you can burn
that fat is by starting a walking program.
Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise that you can do, there are
so many ways that you can get your walking done. Walking around the pond,
through the park, around your neighborhood, or around the shopping mall.
You can purchase a treadmill, or you can join the local gym, what ever you
choose you must get at least 30 minutes of walking in daily to really burn the
fat.
Since it is winter I am doing my walk from the comfort of my home via
Exercise TV. Comcast Cable has Exercise TV as part of their on demand
feature under Sport and Fitness. It is really great, I can choose from a
variety of exercises from yoga, aerobics, dance and so much more.
One of the best selections is the StartWalking At Home With Leslie Sansone,
which has a Beginner and Intermediate choice. You could do a 2 mile walk
daily if you do the beginner twice a day. The Beginner gives you 20 minutes
of walking and the Intermediate gives you 30 minutes of brisk walking and some
weight routines.
Leslie Sansone created and has led the Walk At Home work-outs for over 20
years . Her walking system is very affective and really does work. All you have to do is get up and start walking for your health and to work on losing the fat.
